A literary fist in the face. Part monologue, part boxing match -- THE PUMPKIN PIE SHOW is a rigorous storytelling session packed with enough intensity to feel like a rock concert rather than a bedtime tale.

Back from a wildly successful North American tour, The Pumpkin Pie show is back like you have never seen it before.  We picked 14 of our favorite stories and we will be picking a selection of those at random every night.

October 16-November

A literary fist in the face. Part spoken word, part monologue, part boxing match -- THE PUMPKIN PIE SHOW is a rigorous storytelling session packed with enough intensity to feel like a rock concert rather than a bedtime tale. New stories every night, picked at random during the show. Fair warning: We leave the fourth wall far behind...

Following his recent success with Hostage Song: the new indie-rock musical, Clay McLeod Chapman is embarking on a two-month long International Fringe Festival tour with THE PUMPKIN PIE SHOW. Starting with a preview performance on Monday, June 30th at The Kraine Theater in NYC THE PUMPKIN PIE SHOW will begin touring the CAFF circuit starting with The Winnipeg Fringe Festival.

THE PUMPKIN PIE SHOW!

Horse Trades 1st Resident Artist Clay McLeod Chapman, "the literary descendent of Edgar Allen Poe... "(Time Out NY), and The Beautiful and Talented Hanna Cheek are going on tour, so come help us send them off the right way. We are going to raise the dead in Canada and the Midwest all summe long. Now, those people don't know what's coming, but you do and we know you love it. So join us and see a Pumpkin Pie Show like you have never seen it before.

There are 14 stories on tap but you will only hear a third of what we have. Stories will be picked at random during the show so to see them all you will have to follow the tour up north. But even if you only make do with this one performance you may hear a story or two that you have not heard in years, you may even hear one you have never heard before. One thing is certain, you won't hear any if you don't come.
