Sketch Block is a two hour with intermission comedy showcase of the best sketch troupes in NYC. It gives opportunity to for new troupes trying to break into the comedy scene & old troupes that have gotten lost in the club circuit. Also we have a weekly podcast were we interview: sketch troupes, sketch writers, producers, comedic music acts, sketch writing teachers & much more. There is “Sketch News” with information on: where to promote your work, spaces to rent, how to start a web series, what new troupes are out there, what troupes broke up & etc. The philosophy for our show has & always will be, “To give sketch comedy an opportunity to be seen”, so now let them be heard (Podcast).
